Intention Check-In

 

A short, heart-centered chat where you’ll set a gentle intention for your session — focusing on what you’d like to release or invite in.

Receive Reiki

 

Rest and receive. Lie comfortably (fully clothed) while we channel energy through light touch or hands above the body. Most clients feel calm, warm, or deeply peaceful.

Reflection

 

Integrate with intention

You’ll have a few quiet moments to share any sensations or insights. You will be offered simple aftercare suggestions to support your balance throughout the day.

Gentle Transition

 

Ease back into the present. After the session, Porter will help you ground and return to the moment with care and presence.
