I guide students through practices that feel both grounding and energizing, blending mindful movement with intention-setting and breathwork. My teaching style is warm, encouraging, and rooted in the belief that yoga is for every body—no flexibility requirements, no judgment, just honest exploration and growth.

What to expect
Every class is a welcoming space where you can explore alignment, breathe through challenges, and discover what your body needs that day. (Spoiler: some days it just needs child’s pose, and that’s totally fine.)
You don’t need to touch your toes or look good in yoga pants to show up here.
You’ll leave each session feeling more aligned, more alive, and more like yourself.
